Dear members of the Förderverein Rosinenbomber e.V
After carrying out the noise measurements, as described in the last airmail of 12.09.17, as well as the examination and execution of the noise measurement protocols, we have received from the Luftfahrtbundesamt (LBA) the assurance for the receipt of a noise certificate for our aircraft.
The engineering preparatory work and paperwork for testing and measuring the floor structure for the required load transfer from the airframe to the seat rails by Part 21 Operation F. List. are 50% complete. The survey and the comparison „Part 2“ will take place in the next few days.
Thus, further essential requirements for the approval process are realized. The LBA field office Berlin is now responsible for our further application procedure for traffic admission and demands the corresponding proof for all necessary installations. Next up is the voice recorder, which has to meet requirements and performance parameters according to the requirements of the LBA. S. Wardin is committed accordingly.
F. Hellberg was again able to obtain the pledge for the free exhibition area (aircraft and stand) from the GF management of Messe Berlin for the ILA from 25 to 29 April 2018. On our website T. Müller has discontinued the link of the company Aviationtag (Link: https://www.aviationtag.com). The company has already supported us with 42,000.- €. The aviation tags DC-3, are made from our left wing keychains.
The noise surveys were carried out for us with a DC-3 of the Air Lingus (Ireland). We are also in contact with the GF management of the Swedish DC-3, the Icelandic and the DDA from the Netherlands. The DDA has also offered us the training of pilots and use of their new approved (single in Europe) DC-3 simulator.
As far as the current status, all members warm regards
